Transparent PNG or a new color
Keep the background transparent for logos, stickers and product photos, or put the subject on white, light gray, red, blue, black or any color you pick.
Soft edges for hair and fur
The cut-out has soft edges, so hair, fur and blurry edges fade out instead of ending in a hard line. Check the edges before you save — Undo or Restore background brings the background back.

How do I make the background of a picture transparent?
Upload the photo on this page and tap Remove background. Leave Transparent selected and tap Download. A JPG, PNG or HEIC photo is saved as a PNG with a transparent background.
How do I change the background to white?
After Remove background, tap the white circle. Red, blue, black and any other color work the same way.
How long does it take?

Does it work on every photo?
It works best when the subject is clear — a person, an animal or a product. In a busy scene it can keep or cut the wrong part, so check the result before you save.
