BasePic

under 100 KB.

Upload a photo or a few, and get one PDF under 100 KB — BasePic makes the photos smaller until it fits.

or drag and drop files anywhere on this page · paste an image with Ctrl+V

How it works

  1. Upload photos

Tap Upload photo and pick one photo, or select several at once. JPG, PNG, HEIC and WebP work.

  2. Check the size

PDF opens on the photo with 100 KB already picked. Pick another size if your form asks for one.

  3. Get the PDF

Tap A4 page or Photo size, or All photos (A4) for every photo in one PDF. It downloads, and BasePic shows its size in KB.

For forms with a 100 KB limit

Some online applications take a document only as a PDF of up to 100 KB, while one phone photo is often several MB. BasePic brings the whole PDF under 100 KB.

Never over 100 KB

BasePic makes the PDF and measures it. If it is too big, it lowers the JPEG quality of the photos, and if that is not enough, it makes them smaller in pixels and tries again. If the PDF still cannot fit, you get a message instead of a file that is too big.

Sharper in 100 KB

A photo that shows only the document leaves more of the 100 KB for the text. Tap Scan on the photo to straighten and crop the page, save it, then make the PDF from the scan.

KB counted the strict way

Here 100 KB means 100,000 bytes, so the PDF also passes forms that count 1 KB as 1,024 bytes.

Image to PDF under 100 KB: questions

How do I convert a JPG to PDF under 100 KB?

Upload the photo on this page. PDF opens with 100 KB picked — tap A4 page or Photo size, and the PDF downloads.

Can several photos go in one PDF under 100 KB?

Yes. Select them all when you upload, then tap All photos (A4). All the pages share the 100 KB, so each photo gets smaller — for many pages, 200 KB or 500 KB keeps them sharper.

Will small text stay readable?

When the PDF is ready, BasePic shows the pixel size of the photos in it. If small text is hard to read, crop the photo to the page with Scan first, or pick a bigger size if the form allows it.

Is it free?

Yes. No sign-up and no watermark.
