under 300 KB.

Upload a photo or a few, and get one PDF under 300 KB — BasePic makes the photos smaller until it fits.

or drag and drop files anywhere on this page · paste an image with Ctrl+V

How it works

  1. Upload photos

Tap Upload photo and pick one photo, or select several at once. JPG, PNG, HEIC and WebP work.

  2. Check the size

PDF opens on the photo with 300 KB already picked. Pick another size if your form asks for one.

  3. Get the PDF

Tap A4 page or Photo size, or All photos (A4) for every photo in one PDF. It downloads, and BasePic shows its size in KB.

When the limit is 300 KB

A 300 KB limit leaves more room than 200 KB: a single page keeps more pixels, or two or three photos fit in one PDF.

Never over 300 KB

BasePic makes the PDF and measures it. If it is too big, it lowers the JPEG quality of the photos, and if that is not enough, it makes them smaller in pixels and tries again. If the PDF still cannot fit, you get a message instead of a file that is too big.

Pages in the order you uploaded

All photos (A4) puts every photo from the page into one PDF, each on its own A4 page, in the order you uploaded them.

KB counted the strict way

Here 300 KB means 300,000 bytes, so the PDF also passes forms that count 1 KB as 1,024 bytes.

Image to PDF under 300 KB: questions

How do I convert a JPG to PDF under 300 KB?

Upload the photo on this page. PDF opens with 300 KB picked — tap A4 page or Photo size, and the PDF downloads.

Can I see the size before I upload the PDF to the form?

Yes. When the PDF is ready, BasePic shows its size in KB and the pixel size of the photos in it.
